Why did you join BAES?
After many years in Further Education I believed in the benefits of supporting adults with improving their futures. This was a career promotion for myself as I joined senior leadership team which offers new challenges.
Tell us about your day - hours you work, who are your direct reports
Every day is varied and I have flexibility in my working week of hours and also which venue I work from. I work with the foundation Skills team which consists of 7 programme managers across different areas – English, Maths and SEND. I enjoy meeting a wide range of learners from a variety of backgrounds and helping them on their truly inspirational journeys and feeling like I am making a difference

I have the opportunity to develop my career through formal and informal methods. It is an extremely supportive professional working environment where you are encouraged to challenge yourself and others
