BAES is an incredibly supportive service and the various opportunities for career development enabled me to progress as a Subject Leader, a Programme Manager and eventually a Senior Leader in BAES.

I am passionate about Community Learning and the impact it has on residents to empower them to progress and flourish in their communities. The work I do in the Community Learning Faculty and BAES is underpinned by a drive for a quality, learner centered service, which is delivered with integrity, accountability, professionalism and a zest for creativity, innovation and growth.
