Olga graduated with a Law Degree in Moldova. Until recently, she worked in a hotel in Birmingham.
Olga joined an ESOL course with BAES as she is keen to find a better job and eventually attend University in England. She also wants to understand the schooling system in England so she can be a strong advocate for her daughters.
Olga is and amazingly motivated learner who is determined to practise and improve her English by attending as many ESOL course opportunities as possible. She volunteers as an ESOL Buddy forging positive relationships with lower level learners. She has developed the communication skills to help them understand their work, whilst developing her own language skills simultaneously.
Olga has increased her confidence tenfold since joining BAES. She was very shy to speak when she first entered class and felt embarrassed of the mistakes she made. Olga has learnt to embrace these mistakes as a learning experience.
Her teacher says:

Olga is a great example of learning today for a brighter tomorrow. We have no doubt she will achieve her dream of a University Degree.
