Course aims

The course creates an opportunity to be aware of oneself, the world around you and explore tools for wellbeing.

By the end of the course candidates should be able to:

  • Identify signs of stress
  • Discuss the components  of a stressful life
  • Explore coping mechanisms
  • Practice ways to relax the mind and body

  • Anyone who is interested in putting happiness on self-start

Do I need any knowledge, skills or qualifications?

Learners require no prior qualifications, only a desire to gain a better understanding of stress, within a confidential environment.
